Sydney Corporate Lunch Hot Spots

Entertaining clients is a valuable marketing tool for any business; it is an investment in your business relationships.  We spend so much of our time on the phone and corresponding via e-mail; a working lunch gives us the opportunity to expand our client conversations and build new contacts and learn things about our clients that can help us with building a relationship in the future.

A Business lunch will take about 90 minutes out of your busy workday, but it will be worth it to connect with your client. When we are selecting a restaurant to entertain our clients, we pick a location that is easy for our client to get to and find parking if necessary and we always consider a menu that offers a range of options.

We have compiled a lit of our our “lunch hot spots” for your next business lunch.

With the arrival of Lotus The Galeries comes a place to do business over chef Chris Yan’s special take on Chinese cuisine. Yan has some serious culinary cred: after gaining attention at Bill’s in Surry Hills nearly two decades ago, he went on to man the pans at Billy Kwong for 18 years. Yan was also sous chef at China Doll in Woolloomooloo before returning to Billy Kwong in 2009.

Spice Temple brings a new level of Asian dining to Sydney. The culinary focus here is regional China with a distinct avoidance of standard Cantonese fare. There is chilli for the chilli lovers, or subtle flavours for those desiring a more mild experience. Spice abounds regardless. Elegant, underground and sexy ~ the room is suited exquisitely to the refined cocktail list, the modern vent on traditional Chinese dishes that is the menu, the friendly service and the perfect wine list of exactly 100 wines – each and every one suited to the food.

Spice Temple is a modern Chinese restaurant, driven by a philosophy that incorporates the traditional values of the best possible service with a deep respect for the highest quality produce as well as a commitment to being at the forefront of visionary restaurant design.

Seasoned with an unmistakable Chinese flavour these unique and truly special dishes are driven by a long fostered passion for Asian cuisine and will delight the senses with their contrasting tastes and textures. With the dusty aromas of dried spice and the intensity of chillies (dried, fresh, salted, pickled, brined and fermented), this food is cooked to excite, yet the balance and harmony is never lost.
